Caitlin received her qualification from the British School of Osteopathy (now University College of Osteopathy) in 2010. Pre & Postnatal Care for Mums & Babies

Within our team, we have a highly trained and experienced team who are on hand to provide Women's Health treatments and Paediatric Osteopathy including Cranial Osteopathy.

From newborn babies to growing children, our team of therapists can help to restore balance & harmony in your family.

Women's Health Osteopathy

Nordic Balance Women’s Health services include a range of specialised services entirely aimed at treating pre and post-natal issues including disorders of the pelvis and pelvic floor. From incontinence to prolapse, pelvic pain or constipation, physiotherapy can help to alleviate symptoms often caused by childbirth. All of our appointments are conducted by a female therapist.


Paediatric Osteopaphy

Paediatric Osteopathy is extremely gentle and works with the body’s natural mechanisms to restore health and solve the presenting issue. Our Osteopathy uses their extensive knowledge of anatomy and its function to try to understand what's going at the root of the presenting issue. i.e. why the infant has colic, reflux or wind. It is a gentle, yet intelligent course of treatment.


Podiatry for Children

Suitable for toddler, children & teenagers. If your child is showing signs or symptoms of foot problems such ingrown toenails, walking or running pain, orthotics, verrucas, flat feet or if you are you concerned about your baby or toddler missing key developmental milestones when it comes to movement and walking we recommend that you make an appointment with our Paediatric Podiatrist. Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial Osteopathy can be particularly successful in treating infants who are unsettled, suffering from reflux, windy, unable to latch, born with misshapen heads and tongue tie, all of which often occur due to quick or prolonged labours & Caesarean. Focusing on the cranial, gentle head and body manipulation techniques are used to ease the trauma caused during difficult or long births.


Physiotherapy for Children

Physiotherapy (PT) is suitable for children of 8-year-old however can be particularly useful for children aged 11+ who are heavily into sports ad suffer from any muscular issues that come from returning to sport (pulled muscles, strains etc) The Physio may work on gross motor skills such as sitting, standing, and walking, as well as improvement in flexibility, strength, and endurance.
